    From 1 pm to 3 pm BST on the 29th March 2021, we had an unexpected incident that caused Purple Mash to show occasional unexpected errors when performing certain actions on the site. Retrying these actions would have been successful and no data would have been lost as all saves have retry mechanisms built-in. Because the problem was occasional it took a while for us to be alerted by our systems. We will be investigating to try and find the underlying cause to prevent it from reoccurring. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
